4) Payments

4.1 Deposit. A deposit may be required prior to starting work.
4.2 Final Payment. Payment in full is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
4.3 Late Payments. Balances not paid within the agreed term may incur a late fee.
4.4 Ownership. Materials remain our property until paid in full.

5) Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 Cancellation. Either party may cancel prior to work commencement, subject to costs already incurred.
5.2 Delays. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or client inaction.
5.3 Right to Refuse Service. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at any time.
5.4 Change Orders. Changes to the agreed scope, materials, or schedule require a written change order and may affect pricing and timelines.
5.5 Refunds. Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, all sales are final. Any refund is at our sole discretion.

6) Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership. The website and all content (text, images, logos, designs, downloads) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by U.S. and international laws.
6.2 License. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal or internal business purposes.
6.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the website or its content.

7) User Content & Reviews

15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.2 Arbitration. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma under AAA Commercial Rules. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
15.3 Time Limit. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the event.

No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive it.

Severability. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, plus any signed agreement and our Privacy Policy, form the full agreement.

Assignment. You may not assign rights without our consent. We may assign these Terms.

Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control.
